Your rights under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023

• Right to rectification — correct inaccurate data
• Right to erasure — request deletion (subject to legal holds)
• Right to restriction — limit how we process your data
• Right to data portability — receive your data in a portable format
• Right to object — object to specific processing activities
• Right to withdraw consent — where consent is the legal basis

How to submit a request

Email privacy@naijaverify.org with the subject "Data Subject Rights Request." Include your full name, email address, and the specific right you are exercising. We will respond within 30 days. In complex cases we may extend by a further 60 days with notice.
