Refund Policy

When you are entitled to a full refund

  • You paid but no field work has begun — request within 48 hours of payment
  • We were unable to complete the verification due to circumstances within our control
  • We made a material error in the verification process

When you are not entitled to a refund

  • Field work has been completed at the registry
  • You provided incorrect property information that made verification impossible
  • The verification result was unfavourable — we charge for the process, not the outcome

Government registry fees

Government fees already paid to the registry on your behalf are non-refundable as they are third-party payments. If we have not yet paid the government fee at the time of your refund request, it will be included in your refund.

How to request a refund

Email support@naijaverify.org with the subject "Refund Request" and include your request ID and reason. We will make a decision within 5 working days. Approved refunds are returned within 10 working days to your original payment method via Paystack.
